Mothais sur Feuille


From the Poitou-Charentes, this soft-ripened goat cheese is matured in a room with unusually high humidity. It is covered with a plane leaf during the maturity period.
It has a soft, runny texture that becomes dense as it ages and an earthy, lemony and mould flavours coming from the leaf. It pairs well with Champagne or single-malt whisky.
